We will be in Paris in the end of July/beginning of August for 9 nights. Here are some of the places we are considering going at night for sunsets, street performers, or general ambiance. I would love to hear what you think, or to learn about other locations you enjoy at night.
Note: I have never been to Paris, so these ideas come from research I%26#39;ve done. Perhaps some of these locations really should not be visited at night???
-Sacre Coeur (sunset, view, and street performers)
-Trocadero (sunset with fountains)
-Eiffel Tower
-Notre Dame (sunset and view)
-Place de la Concorde (fountains are beautiful at night)
-Centre Pompidou (street performers)
-Ile Aux Cygnes (great night photos and the Statue of Liberty)
-Louvre (to see the sun set on the pyramid)
-St. Germain des Pres Church Square (peformers)
-Western tip of the Ile de la Cite (spectacular sunset)
-Pont des Arts (fun crowd)
-Tuilleries?
-Paris Plage?
-Jardin du Palais Royal?
-Bus 69 tour?
-Seine Cruise
-Tour Montparnasse

Californigander--that%26#39;s a great list. You do some of those things and you will have a wonderfully memorable trip to Paris.
