cheapest/easiest way to travel from nice to monaco

Me and my son are traveling from nice to monaco end of august for a football match, therefore will also be traveling back to nice about 11pm and I understand some buses don%26#39;t run after 9pm, can anyone help?

Thanks

The last train is at about midnight. Trains are unreliable but I guess they will make an effort on the night of a match.

last train is 3 mins to 12.if its the super cup your going to i would ask this question nearer the time.would emagine any extra transport will be anounced nearer the time.

We went to a match a couple of years ago and had no trouble getting back to Nice afterwards by train. We made sure we were at the station before the last train. It was absolutely packed, tho%26#39; the Liverpool fans, who%26#39;d lost, were boisterous but very good natured. The train is the best transport for the football as the roads can get clogged up and the buses will be unreliable - there are night buses on Thur, Fri and Sat, but train is better at night if you can get it. It%26#39;s likely that all the cafes and bars around the stadium will be banned from selling alcohol if it%26#39;s an international match, so there should be no trouble.

Thank you!!!
