Paris museum pass question

With a museum pass what entrance do you use for the Louvre? Do you just bypass the line and go right up to the front to show your pass? Thanks.

The best entrance with a museum pass is the Richelieu entrance. You can find it on the diagram on the Louvre website.

With our Museum Pass, and the four times we visited, three of those we entered through the Pyramid entrance, the security line was hardly any people at all, not a big deal. Once you%26#39;re in, THEN you buy tickets, however with your pass, you just show it at whatever wing you visit first (ie, Denon). So no wait at all. If you have to buy tickets inside, yes, there can be a wait, museum pass lets you go right to the wing entrances.
