Is there a train from Italy to Lourdes, France.

Certainly not a direct train! Lourdes is on a fairly minor route.

From Milan you need to aim to reach Nice or Marseille in France. Then from Marseille the next big city target is Toulouse and then from Toulouse it is about 2 hours journey to Lourdes.

The whole journey will take many hours - between 18 and 20 hours at a quick glance.

The website of the German railways has the timetables for every European railway in its database. You can research your journey possibilities in English at this location:

but you will ahve to make the necessary reservations through the Italian and/or French railway websites or through an agent. This website
