Buying 10 tickets Vs. Paris visite 5days 6 zones

will be in Paris for 8 nights, would like to know given that my hotel is in a very central location

would I still be better off with the Paris-visite pass or just buy 10 tickets.

Also will be visiting the Versaille.

The r/t ticket to Versailles is pretty cheap, about 6-8€

Look at the prices for the Paris Visite zones 1-3, and the Carte Orange zones 1-2. Those zones are all you need for Paris only.

If you want to use the pass to cover the trip to/from CDG, then you need 5 zones (Versailles is 4 zones).

Thanks for the reply. It adds up to the same amount.

1-3 is 27E for 5 days, then CDG one way is 17E,

Versailles is 8E, also going to Stade de France.

The only problem is that it will expire prior to me leaving Paris, and still I gotta pay to return to the airport.
