Everyone,
I%26#39;m arriving into Nice next Sunday, and staying at the Hotel Solara which I believe is a block off the Promenade des Anglais (on Rue France). Does anyone know which Airport Bus to take which will drop us off in the vicinity of our hotel? Looking at some previous posts it seems like %26quot;Airport Express coach Route 98 for Nice Gare Routiere%26quot; would be the option as it goes down the Promenade, but I only had a quick look. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, the number 98 is the right bus. Get off at the stop called %26quot;Congres%26quot;.

We always find it easier to wait until the bus veers away from the Promenade des Anglais by the Albert 1er gardens. As soon as the bus goes left ring the bell and get off, cross the gardens till you get to the Meridian hotel then walk up the Avenue de ls Suede or Rue Halevy and you%26#39;re there in Rue de France.
You%26#39;re in a great central position by the way. We stayed in the Solara once a few years ago and found everything to hand - there%26#39;s a great little Spar round the corner in Rue Maccarini, restaurants galore on your doorstep (Cafe des Fleurs opposite does a great meal deal if you like pancakes!)Also chack out La Coupole at the end of the road and Mori%26#39;s Bar. Enjoy.
