apartment in Nice

Hi,

we are planning a 2 week stay in Nice and found an apartment on the link below.

If it doesn%26#39;t have air con it%26#39;s going to be very noisy.

We rented thru www.nicepebbles.com. Haven%26#39;t stayed there yet (we go in late July), but seem to be a very reputable company and it was highly recommended by this forum.
