Vacation in Paris Apartment 165

I recently returned from staying in the apartment from a 10 night stay in the apartment. I wanted to post a quick note about it because when I was planning my trip I couldn%26#39;t find any information about this one. It is located in the 18th arrodissment off of Rue Saint Ouen on Rue Lagille about 2 blocks from the Guy Moquet metro stop (#13 metro line).

As indicated on the website, this is a large 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with an additional sleeping area, a kitchen, and a sitting area. There were 6 adults in the apartment and we had plenty of room. The apartment was stocked with all the kitchen utensils that we needed during our stay. It was centered around a small courtyard that was shared with another apartment. There were large doors that opened onto the yard that allowed nice breezes to come in.

The apartment was on the first floor of its building and open out onto a pedestrian alley. We felt quite safe as you needed a pass code to access the gate at the end of the alley. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly.

While the neighborhood was not centrally located, it was a great area for a 10 night stay. There were many local restaurant that were not touristy and lots of local places to buy food.

The only negatives about the apartment itself were that the bathrooms were very musty as they didn%26#39;t have any ventilation and the mattresses were not very thick. The only negative about the location is that metro 13 is very packed at all hours north of Gare Saint Lazare.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment especially considering the size and the very reasonable price. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this apartment.

Thanx BC for your report. Too many visitors to Europe fail to report the +/-%26#39;s of their stay at specific apartments/hotels and result in repeat questions about apartment/hotel %26#39;XYZ%26#39;. We intend to use VIP next year in Paris/London and from the sound of your report; we could do a lot worse. Thank you for taking the time to post.
