Lunch on Ile Saint Louis?

Hello all. We%26#39;ll be on Ile Saint Louis on a Sunday afternoon, and were wondering if there%26#39;s a nice bistro or cafe for lunch on the island open on Sunday? We know the area is quite prestigious, so we%26#39;re hoping for something relatively moderate in price (maybe 20 Euro each? 25?) Merci!

Just walk around, look at menu, find a table that appeals to you and go for it. Avoid nos ancetres les Gaulois and la Taverne du sergent recruteur.

Sunday is a strange day in Paris esp. during summer.

The restaurant on top of Institut du Monde arabe near by is getting good reviews and it offers fantastic views of the Seine and Notre Dame.

Two recommendations, open Sundays, within a few doors of each other:

Tastevin

Auberge de Reine Blanche

I think the Brasserie de L%26#39;ile St. Louis is open on Sunday. Try the cassoulet or the tarte l%26#39;oignon. Try to get a table outside and watch the entertainment on the bridge.

I haven%26#39;t been to Auberge de la Reine Blanche, but I%26#39;ve been to Tastevin which I highly recommend.

I recommend %26quot;Les fous de l%26#39;ïle%26quot;, located 33 rue des 2 ponts; it is open on Sundays (but only from noon to 7:00pm), it will cost you less than 20€. They have bistrot style food, good wines served by glass and good desserts.
