We have an early outbound flight from Paris and my wife would like to stay at or very near CDG for the night before. I would appreciate any hotel suggestions from members of this forum.

The Hilton has some great rates for an upscale hotel and is a very short shuttle ride to the terminals.
The sheraton is actually directly connected to the terminals but is very very expensive.

www.fodors.com/forums/threadselect.jsp… may help you. We stayed in an IBIS right at the airport. It is a highrise with a very good breakfast. The room we had for four had a large bedroom, a tiny bedroom and a tiny bath for about 100 per night. It was clean and quiet.

I stayed at Comfort Inn. It was cheap, clean and adequate. Dinner when I arrived and breakfast in the morning were fine. shuttle service was easy - i arrived at the airport via RER and followed signs for the hotel shuttles. Was picked up within 15 minutes. Shuttles run every 20 minutes from 5AM (i think) until midnight (again, don%26#39;t quote me). It takes about 20 minutes and I arrived 3 hours in advance for a flight in July and barely had time to run to the bathroom before the flight. Definitely get there early!
