paris to interlaken or Paris to rothenburg

I am planning to cover Paris, Interlaken in Swiss,rothenburg and fusson in germany, move to salzburg and then either Florence or Venice or Rome in Italy.

Now starting from Paris, what would be the best and the cheapest route to cover these regions. Would Paris to Interlaken and then moving to rothenburg be better or paris to rothenburg, fusson, then salzburg, florence, then to interlaken and back to paris, since we have our return flights from paris.
