I%26#39;m familiar with Provencal cuisine, but I was wondering, are there any specialties found in Avignon, that would not be as common or authentic in other parts of Provence?
Also, are there any restaurants in Avignon that you%26#39;d recommend that focus on traditional Avignon-style cuisine, rather than general Provencal or French cuisine?
