Starting our 8 weeks trip around europe in paris on the 28th soooo excited..wondering if anyone can recommend some good places to eat that wont break the bank at the same time!also some good places at night time?

Some of my favourite places to eat are in the Quartier Latin. I also look for great local cuisine at very reasonable prices.
Au Bon Coin, rue de la Collégiale

We stayed at the bottom of Rue Mouffetard. We found many places to eat there. We had a lovely Quiche lunch at a tiny little place one day.

Suzanne, I think I ate at the same place. I very much agree that the quiches are really terrific. I slunk back in after my delicious zucchini quiche for a piece of rhubarb tart that was still warm. MMmmm! :):)
