RER help! Getting from Gare Du Nord to Radio Kennedy

We will be arriving in Paris by Eurostar and using the RER system to get to our hotel which is within walking distance from Radio Kennedy.

I%26#39;ve figured out we need to change trains at St Michel Notre Dame (RER B) then catch RER C.

But my confusion is what direction/destination does each RER train head towards? We don%26#39;t want to find ourselves going in the wrong direction!

Hi,

You can download the maps of RER lines B and C at:

transilien.com/web/…ligne_C.pdf

http://www.ratp.info/orienter/rer.php

Before boarding any RER train, look for a digital sign near the platform which will list all the stations of the incoming train.

Important: If you%26#39;re going to Paris before the 23rd of August, notice that due to a construction work, RER C will be disconnected between Paris Austerlitz and Invalides stations, so you%26#39;ll need to find a %26quot;detour%26quot;. One option is to take the metro line 4 (direction: Porte d%26#39;Orleans - General Leclerc) from Gare du Nord to Strasbourg-Saint-Denis and then take the metro line 8 (direction : Balard) to Invalids station. Only then can you take the RER line C to %26quot; Kennedy Radio-France%26quot;.

www.ratp.fr - a great public transport trip planner. Plug in your start point and destination and it will give you the information you need.

By the way, do you mean Radio France at 116 Avenue Président Kennedy in the 16th?

I have looked at the websites you have suggested.

Our hotel is near Kennedy Radio France Railway Station.

It seems we need to catch the RER B in the direction of Palaiseau and RER C in the direction of Pontoise.

But as long as we look at the board displaying the station we should we right.

I just needed someone to confirm I have the correct directions.

Thank you.
