Weather in October - what clothes to bring

Hi there,

Can anybody tell me what kind of clothes to pack for 5 days in Corsica in mid-October? Shorts and tee-shirts or jeans and jumpers or a mixture of all?

I%26#39;m not planning on doing mountain walks or hiking!

Think I%26#39;m planning on going to Calvi area.

Thanks in advance - I can%26#39;t find the answer to this anywhere.

I think you would have to pack for all weathers. We have stayed on Corsica the first week of October and it was warm and dry in the daytime, say about 22-24 deg., which meant shorts in the day, and then jeans, tee shirt and jumpers in the evening as it got quite cool at 9 p.m. We stayed in Calvi and then Bonifacio in the south and the latter was noticeably windier and cooler. I%26#39;m afraid its crystal ball science here so good luck for a sunny 5 days.

Thanks so much that%26#39;s great info. So I see what you mean - mild days and cool nights... please God the sun will shine!
