Can anyone recommend parcs, playgrounds or other activities/areas in Nice where you can spend time with a 2 year old child?

Hello Yazoo 1,
Mine are all grown up now, but I seem to remember there is a play area just up from Place Grimaldi, there are the Jardins Albert 1, leading down to the sea from Avenue de la Suede/Rue Halevy in pedestrian zone, and of course there is Parc Phoenix near the airport.
Hope this helps. Where will you be staying?

Me again! Sorry I forgot to mention the castle grounds
(la colline du chateau) which has a play park and waterfall. Lots of space to run around in.
Also, there is a place called Marineland near Antibes.
Haven%26#39;t been there myself, but it sounds good.
Also, you might enjoy a trip on the little tourist train that tours Nice and leaves from the Promenade.

Parc Castel des Deux Rois is lovely for children, review here:

Also Parc Phoenix right by the airport is great for children, it%26#39;s about 2 euros entry:

Dotted around Nice are small public playgrounds handy for a runaround. One near Place Wilson and another not far from Carrefour TNL.
