The Tour passed through Descartes yesterday. In my opinion the caravan, with its assorted strange publicity vehicles, is more interesting than the cyclists. The cyclists went past in about 30 seconds!

From the schedule it looks like about 5pm? Does that seem right...

No the schedule says the caravan arrives at 14:12 and the first riders at 15:43.
It finishes at about 5pm.
